Mr. Nikhil Chokshi is a qualified civil engineer and possesses multiple design & constructability review licenses with more than (40) years of industry experience in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He specializes in solving complex real estate disputes and facilitating smooth transactions for properties and land deals. Our land & property, new construction and resale - brokerage services continue to remain one of the top revenue-earning service lines.

Mr. Arjun Chokshi (Director)
A qualified civil engineer with a master’s degree in construction engineering & management, Mr. Arjun Chokshi possesses international exposure and (8) years of professional work experience in some of the largest real estate consulting & construction companies worldwide, having worked on some landmark projects such as the World Trade Center Redevelopment Project. Arjun has worked in various sectors such as transportation, security, aviation, healthcare, residential, commercial & retail, educational and institutional. Arjun has experience working on public infrastructure, private building projects and on projects specifically structured as public-private partnerships (PPPs).
